The Inspiration
June is Pride Month, and Archer and his entire New York team have been celebrating all month alongside the rest of NYC.
This tasty cocktail — spicy yet refreshing — is a nod to the festivities and can be enjoyed all summer long.
Ingredients
- 2 ounces blanco tequila
- ½ ounce lime juice
- ½ ounce triple sec
- ½ ounce watermelon liqueur
- Jalapeño syrup, to taste
Directions

Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake well.

Strain over fresh ice into a highball glass.

Garnish this beauty with a jalapeño slice and a rainbow straw.
