Welcome to Archer Hotel Falls Church Fairfax County's Consummate Host

A boutique hotel gem nestled in the Mosaic District

Just 10 miles west of Washington, D.C., and based in the innovative retail and entertainment Mosaic District is Archer Hotel Falls Church — the newest (and eighth) boutique gem in the Archer Hotel collection.

With so much to see and do in this buzzy metro area, Archer’s newly transformed retreat welcomes with a casually chic vibe and thoughtful touches throughout.

We’d love to show you around.

Archer Hotel Falls Church

Location, Location, Location

Known for its cultural diversity and environmental activism, the city of Falls Church is inside the Capital Beltway and part of the D.C. metro area. And only 10 miles from Georgetown (and 12 from Reagan National Airport), it’s an easy ride to the capital via the Washington Metro Orange and Silver Lines.

Archer Hotel Falls Church is on the north end of the vibrant Mosaic District, just off U.S. Route 29. And like Archer, Mosaic elevates the guest experience in a casually sophisticated environment with “thoughtful consideration and deliberate details.” Visitors to Mosaic are treated to a hand-selected mix of the area’s top independent fashion boutiques, premium national retailers, inspired culinary options, healthy grocers and an art house cinema.

Rooms + Suites

Each of Archer’s Falls Church rooms and suites is brimming with boutique style and thoughtful touches. Four casually chic design palettes ensure a delightful surprise for returning guests, along with daily turndown treats, a complimentary Nespresso coffee experience, Frette bathrobes and whimsical slippers and — of course — Archer’s five-star beds with premium linens and a seriously comfy mix of pillows.

Archer’s signature suite is the Grand Den, inviting guests to host and toast, as well as retreat and rejuvenate. The separate living area welcomes with a curved charcoal leather sofa, ottoman, side chairs and fully stocked wet bar. Refrigeration available? Check. How about a Virginia-inspired bar book? Maybe some fun board games? A patriotic rubber ducky? Check, check, check.

AKB A Casually Hip Boutique Hotel Bar

Archer’s inviting hotel bar is a welcoming gathering spot. Enjoy à la carte breakfast favorites and freshly roasted Intelligentsia coffee at a communal high top. Savor shareable mambo wings or a creative flatbread in the curved banquette. Toast with a classic cocktail at the bar or sip a vintage spirit on the cozy sofa in front of the fireplace.

Before heading out to explore Mosaic or after your D.C. adventures, fuel up or wind down at the wonderfully eclectic AKB.

Flexible Meetings + Events

Casually chic venues with fresh, neutral palettes and sincere hosts warmly welcome guests to Archer Hotel. The Great Room has floor-to-ceiling windows with well-dressed draperies, soaring acoustic wood plank ceilings, built-in credenzas and all-new carpet. With more than 1,800 square feet, there’s room for comfy banquet seating for up to 100 (theater-style); the space is also divisible by three for more-intimate affairs. The Great Room opens up to an art-filled prefunction space — ideal for coffee breaks or snack tables.

The Dining Room at AKB easily hosts breakfast buffets and group lunches. Several dining and conversational arrangements encourage communication and flow, while the central full-service bar and buffet station take care of event guests. And a comfy conversation area with a fireplace is just off the bar.

Storied Art

Because art and storytelling are two of Archer’s passions, his hotels showcase the work of artists who are from or live in the region.

Immediately upon entering Archer Hotel Falls Church, guests are greeted by Archer’s hosts standing in front of a gorgeous (and gigantic) backlit photo mural of cherry blossoms, which bloom each spring in the D.C. area. In Archer’s Den, a black-and-white photo hearkens back to 1964, when The Beatles were greeted by throngs of fans at D.C.’s Union Railway Station. And the Grand Den houses the work of a Virginia native who makes prints by placing huge negatives over large sheets of cyanotype-sensitized paper under sunlight and playing with distortion.

Every piece of art aids in telling regional, inspiring stories.

Moments of Downtime

When guests aren’t exploring our walkable neighborhood or attending a work or social event, Archer Hotel Falls Church elevates downtime:

  • The Fitness Studio is well-equipped with a Peloton bike, world-class Life Fitness cardio equipment and the Signature Series Dual Adjustable Pulley. Old-school exercisers can pump premium free weights and practice yoga. Complimentary chilled water, towels and disposable headphones are available, too.
  • When hunger strikes (or you forgot to pack that), Archer’s 24/7 Market has grab-and-go items that can be charged to your room.
  • And those arriving with their best friend? Archer knows that pooches want to be pampered, as well. Simply let us know that a pet dog (up to 50 lbs.) is traveling, and the pup is treated to a few surprises, too.
