Ingredients
Dark Cherry Juice – 1 oz.
Tanqueray 10 – 1 oz.
Aperol – 3/4 oz
Burlesque Bitters – splash
Ice
Soda, to top it off
Brandied Cherry, to garnish
Directions
It’s important to give this cocktail a gentle roll, rather than a vigorous shake, so that is is blended well, but not watered down.
VaVa Boom
This cocktail packs a burst of cherry and some serious citrus into your evening, along with a cinnamon tickle (say that five times, fast) under the chin. The Tanqueray 10 adds a citrusy freshness, and the Aperol (an Italian aperitif) blends in a few drops of sophistication.
