Zero-Proof 12 Months of Cocktails: Bonus Pours
Zeroing in on wellness Socializing with spirited style — without the spirits
“To your health!”
It’s a toast heard around the world. Whether raising a glass of water or wine, a mocktail or a cocktail, the focus is on health, wellness and choices.
Increasingly, that focus is carrying over to bars and eateries. Dry January is growing exponentially. What used to be simple, juice-based drinks without alcohol — Shirley Temple, anyone? — are now layered, herb-infused and well-mixed (and well-garnished) cocktails that are made and served just like their alcohol-including versions. And bartenders are creating beautiful, inventive nonalcoholic recipes that taste as good as they look.
As a bonus to our popular 12 Months of Cocktails pours, our talented bartenders developed a series of zero-proof cocktails embracing the art of mixology.
Stop by anytime; we’d love to host you for a toast. And keep an eye out: We’ll be unveiling even more zero-proof cocktails for 2024.
FUN FACT: The first reference to zero-proof cocktails dates to 1862 in Jerry Thomas’ “The Bartender’s Guide,” which includes a section for “temperance drinks.”
Try these zero-proof cocktails through the end of 2024:
