The Giving Drink(s) 2023 Edition

In the spirit of giving

“The Giving Tree,” Shel Silverstein’s classic children’s book, is one of Archer’s favorites (and found in every room and suite this season). You, too, may have read it growing up or shared it with your own little one. Its poignant tale of generosity is a quick read, but its message of sharing lingers much longer — and underscores our mission of delivering sincere hospitality to every guest at Archer Hotel.

In the spirit of giving, “The Giving Tree” is our inspiration for our “Giving Drink” — a special cocktail available exclusively at Archer Hotel during the holiday season. Each hotel’s bar team has created a delectable Giving Drink unique to their locale — and a portion of each cocktail sale goes to support No Kid Hungry.

The 2023 Giving Drink is available November 1 – December 31 (cheers to that!). Join us, have a cocktail and give back to a worthy cause.

The Giving Drink at AKB Tysons

The Giving Drink

AKB AUSTIN — The handiwork of lead bartender Cameruhn Garner, this Giving Drink melds the citrus flavors of Licor 43 with the complex bitter notes of Mr Black coffee liqueur and the delicate sweetness of fig.

AKB BURLINGTON — Locally sourced raw wildflower honey, house-made allspice dram and vanilla-infused bitters round out this apple-spiced bourbon sipper.

AKB FALLS CHURCH — The triple-distilled Cirrus vodka is handcrafted in Virginia, bringing local love to this Giving Drink. Savor the touch of sweetness from Cointreau and cranberry jam.

AKB FLORHAM PARK — New Jersey is one of the nation’s top three cranberry producers — and that vibrant red juice brings festive flair to this refreshing Giving Drink.

SKY & VINE — Bartender Christopher Martinez envisioned the tropical rum beauty that is the Giving Drink on Archer Napa’s rooftop — complete with colorful edible flowers.

AKB NEW YORK — The holidays in NYC are always a treat — especially when this chocolate-peppermint-marshmallow concoction is on the menu.

AKB REDMOND — Bartender Chris Pettigrew created this vanilla chai old fashioned for AKB Redmond. This one’s best stirred (not shaken) and garnished with a cinnamon stick.

AKB TYSONS — Paired with three fruit juices, the dragon fruit syrup’s red-purple color and lush flavor add a tropical flair to this gorgeous cocktail created by bartender Nelson Arias.

Three festive Giving Drink cocktails — a portion of each sale benefits No Kid Hungry
