From first inquiry to final toast — we've answered a few of your most asked questions about events at Archer Hotel Burlington. Contact one of our event hosts to get started.
Event Basics
No — we simply require a food and beverage minimum to reserve the space. Minimums vary based on the space and duration of your event.
Pre-ordering menu platters, packages and beverage selections (or hosting a bar on consumption) all count toward the minimum.
The difference will be charged to the credit card used for payment as a meeting room rental.

Food + Beverage
Our menus are served buffet and reception-style — perfect for mingling. Expect simple, classic options designed for sharing. We also offer plated options and passed hors d’oeuvres.

Yes!
Yes — our bar team loves to work with your inspiration and preferred ingredients to create custom cocktails.
Yes — we can accommodate specialty meals. We are not able to provide kosher event options but can recommend a local option.
Yes — outside cakes are allowed. A $5 per person cake-cutting fee applies.
No — outside food and beverage are not permitted.

Atmosphere + Experience
We do permit DJs in the space with appropriate vendor release and COI provided.
Yes — you may connect your own device, but it must remain plugged in and will not be accessible once the event begins.
We offer AV through our in-house provider Encore.
Yes — with advance approval. Vendors may be required to sign a liability waiver and provide COI.
Booking + Policies
A deposit is due with signed agreement and final deposit is due for the full balance seven (7) days prior to your event.
