The minimum check-in age is 21 with a valid photo ID. Anyone age 18 – 20 who is traveling without a guest age 21+ must have prior approval from the hotel.

We offer complimentary wireless internet access throughout our public spaces and in all guest rooms.
 

If you made your reservation through a third party (such as Expedia), contact the booking agent or website that you went through to make any changes. If you booked directly through our website or by calling the hotel, please contact our reservations line at 855.200.8988. 

Archer offers 24-hour valet parking ($16 daily and $38 overnight). Complimentary self-parking is available on the third floor of the Nordstrom parking garage behind the hotel. Please pick up a parking tag from the valet attendants and hang it in your rearview mirror.

The furniture, fixtures and artwork tend to be custom-made for each specific Archer Hotel. Please contact the hotel manager if you have a particular request.

Archer offers 24-hour valet parking ($16 daily and $38 overnight).

A ChargePoint electric charging station is located onsite and is complimentary. Guests can use their ChargePoint account or use the hotel's account. The stations charge all brands of EV, however, Tesla vehicles will need an adaptor to charge.
 

We do not currently offer room service. Please visit us in AKB for breakfast, weekend brunch, Sunset Hour, dinner and cocktails.

Reservations must be canceled 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid being charged a penalty. A minimum penalty of one night's room and tax is charged if a reservation is canceled after the specified cancellation time. Prepaid reservations and deposits are nonrefundable and cannot be canceled without forfeiting the entire amount of the stay or deposit unless specified otherwise. Exceptions may apply during holidays, special events and conventions.

Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) is about 20 minutes away from Archer Hotel.
