Event Basics

Yes — Room rental fees vary based on the meeting space. 

Pre-ordering menu platters, packages and beverage selections (or hosting a bar on consumption) all count toward the minimum.

The difference will be charged as room rental, and will be charged to the credit card used for payment.

AKB welcomes guests of all ages.

YES! You’ll love our scalable, boutique-chic spaces packed with delightful details and personalized touches. With the help of our team and prized vendor partnerships, including DJs, decorators and event planners, we are ready to create a celebration your child won’t soon forget. Let's start planning!

Of course. Archer is a great place for your welcome party, shower, brunch, rehearsal dinner and even home base for your guests through a room block. Learn more about wedding events here.

Food + Beverage

Our menus are served buffet and reception-style — perfect for mingling. Expect simple, classic options designed for sharing. We offer displays and passed hors d’oeuvres.

Seven (7) business days before the event.

Yes — our bar team loves to work with your inspiration and preferred ingredients to create custom cocktails.

Yes — our team can work with you to determine the dietary needs and accommodate. Kosher meals can be provided through a 3rd party with advance notice.

Yes — specialty desserts from a licensed catering company or bakery are allowed. A cake-cutting fee of $2 per guest applies.

No — outside food and beverage are not permitted.

Atmosphere + Experience

We allow DJs in our private meeting and event rooms until 11:00 pm. DJs are not permitted in AKB as it is a semi-private space.

Yes – in our private meeting and event rooms. The audio-visual team will assist with connection. We do not have this capability for semi-private events in AKB.

We have an audio-visual partner who offers a variety of equipment to meet your needs — available at an additional charge. AV is available in our private meeting and event rooms.

Yes — with advance approval. We don’t allow open flames, confetti, smoke and fog machines or glitter.

Booking + Policies

A 50% deposit is due at contract signing.

It varies by space and is outlined in the event cancellation grid we provide upon booking.
