Sometimes cocktail napkins are just napkins. And sometimes napkins are condensation-ringed, serendipitous callings from the cosmic unknown — inviting you to take inventory of your complicated, wonderful day. Archer knows the magic in all of it. So, as a muse to those moments, we invited our talented bar teams to create 12 Months of Cocktails inspired by our beloved napkin series.
The Recipe
A summer day at the Jersey shore, strolling its sprawling boardwalks, is a wonderful day. And this bubbly cocktail crafted by Archer Florham Park's beloved bartender, Sue Norris is inspired by both that coastal scene and one of Archer's signature cocktail napkins.
SCENE SETTER: The wooden planks of New Jersey's boardwalks are a tapestry of sights, sounds and the unmistakable scent of funnel cakes. Dating back to 1870 and now stretching 40 miles along the Atlantic, the iconic pathways are the essence of the Jersey shore.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ ounce Chambord
- 1 ½ ounce pineapple juice
- Lunetta prosecco
- Lime
Directions
Fill a glass with ice. Add Chambord and pineapple juice. Top with prosecco. Garnish with a lime twist.
