The brunch and dinner menus have vegetarian and gluten-free options. To sip: The Boozy Bubble Tea (yum).
Archer’s buzzy, boutique hotel bar serves up vibrant cuisine and crafted pours in an airy yet cozy space. Snap a girlfriend pic in front of the colorful mural (while toasting with equally colorful Violet Sky cocktails). We love AKB‘s shareable boards and the sea scallops with roasted butternut squash and lentils.
Plank Seafood Provisions
With fresh oysters shipped in daily, craft cocktails and eco-friendly tapped wine (plus an incredible wine list), Plank beckons guests to enjoy some downtime in a bright, comfortable atmosphere with a coastal vibe — or out on the four-seasons patio. Share a Seafood Tower and Sea Foam Margarita, knowing that Plank is part of the Conscious Earth program.
For a sweet treat or cool-down, try made-from-scratch ice cream in your choice of three daily flavors served with pecan shortbread cookies. Our favorite? Pistachio ice cream, hands down.
