Event Basics
For groups without catering needs, we charge a simple rental fee. For groups with catering needs, we’re happy to waive or reduce the rental fee with an achieved catering minimum. These minimums may vary based on the space and duration of your event.

Food + Beverage
Yes — we can accommodate a limited number of kosher or specialty meals. We are not able to provide full kosher events.
Yes.
Pre-ordering menu platters, packages and beverage selections or hosting a bar on consumption all count toward the minimum.
The difference will be charged as room rental to the preferred payment method.
Our menus are served buffet and reception-style — perfect for mingling. Expect simple, classic options designed for sharing. Menu selections can be presented on stationary platters; passed hors d’oeuvres require an additional fee.
We kindly request that menu selections are finalized fourteen (14) days before the event.
Yes — for an additional charge.
Yes — our bar team loves to work with your inspiration and preferred ingredients to create custom cocktails that will surprise and delight your guests.
Yes — we can accommodate a limited number of kosher or specialty meals. We are not able to provide full kosher events.
Yes — outside cakes are allowed. A $2 per person cake-cutting fee applies.

Atmosphere + Experience
Yes — we simply ask that they provide a certificate of insurance in advance.
Yes — you may connect your own device to our in-house equipment, but it must remain plugged in and will not be accessible once the event begins.
We offer minimal audiovisual services, including a wireless microphone and speaker, and screens without audio.
We provide round or rectangular tables with standard banquet chairs. Black house linens and house centerpieces are available upon request. Our event managers are happy to provide local vendor recommendations for specialty decor.
Yes — with advance approval. Vendors may be required to sign a liability waiver and provide certificates of insurance in advance.
Booking + Policies
The first deposit is due within seven (7) days of signing the agreement. A second deposit is due fourteen (14) business days prior to the event. Any remaining charges indicated on a signed banquet event order are due five (5) business days prior to your event.
Final guest counts are due (14) business days before the event.
Our cancellation policy varies by space and is outlined in the event cancellation grid provided upon booking.
