Event Basics
No — we simply require a food and beverage minimum to reserve the space. Minimums vary based on the space and duration of your event.

Yes, we offer complimentary black or white linen for events hosted in our private event space. Additional color options are available for a fee.
Of course. Archer is a great place for your welcome party, shower, brunch, rehearsal dinner and even home base for your guests through a room block. Learn more about wedding events at Archer.
Yes. From intimate venues and personalized touches to comfortable accommodations for out-of-town guests, we would be honored to support you. Contact us to plan your Celebration of Life or Memorial Service.
Food + Beverage
Yes — outside cakes are allowed. A $2 per person cake-cutting fee applies and a Certificate of Insurance (COI) must be provided from a licensed bakery.
No — outside food and beverage are not permitted.
Yes.
Yes — we can accommodate a limited number of kosher or specialty meals. We are not able to provide full kosher events.
Yes — our bar team loves to work with your inspiration and preferred ingredients to create custom cocktails.
Yes, we offer both passed and stationary options.
Buffet meals, packages and beverage selections (or hosting a bar on consumption) all count toward the minimum.
The difference will be charged to the credit card used for payment.
Our menus are served buffet and reception-style — perfect for mingling. We are also happy to customize a menu based on your specific preferences.

Atmosphere + Experience
Yes — with advance approval. Vendors will be required to sign a liability waiver and provide a Certificate of Insurance.
Yes — you may connect your own device, but it must remain plugged in and will not be accessible once the event begins.
Yes. A Certificate of Insurance must be provided in advance.
We offer A/V services through our outside partner. Additional fees apply.
Booking + Policies
It varies by space and is outlined in the event cancellation grid we provide upon booking.
A deposit is due within two (2) days of contract signing.
