Napa Lighted Art Festival

GET LIT IN DOWNTOWN NAPA

Always one of Archer’s Favorite Finds, Napa’s Lighted Art Festival transforms weekend evenings in downtown Napa into a quite-well-lit art walk after dark.

Nine days each year, this free public festival incorporates downtown Napa’s iconic architecture as the backdrop for original artwork installations created by both local and international artists.

Along with the featured art, the artistry of lights and lighting share the spotlight. And each year, the improvements in light technologies married with creative applications are an impressive part of the festival.

According to the city of Napa, the 2020 Napa Lighted Art Festival is slated to include “light art, video art, 3D video mapping projections, lighted sculptures and projects that use technology or interactivity.”
