Reservations must be canceled 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid being charged a penalty. A minimum penalty of one night's room and tax is charged if a reservation is canceled after the specified cancellation time. Prepaid reservations and deposits are nonrefundable and cannot be canceled without forfeiting the entire amount of the stay or deposit unless specified otherwise. Exceptions may apply during holidays, special events and conventions.
