Food + Beverage
You can meet the minimum by preordering from our banquet menus or working with your catering sales manager to create a custom pre-set menu or unique catering experience.
If your group’s total food and beverage spend is less than the agreed minimum, the remaining balance will appear on your final bill as a food and beverage minimum fee. This ensures the contracted minimum spend is met.
We offer a variety of options including buffets, plated dinners, passed hors d’oeuvres, receptions, and interactive chef experiences.

With advance notice, we can accommodate most dietary restrictions. While we do not offer a full kosher kitchen, we are happy to provide outside recommendations.
Yes — outside cakes are allowed. A $5 per person cake-cutting fee applies.
Outside food is not permitted. You may bring your own wine, subject to a $35 corkage fee per 750 ml bottle. Please discuss any special requests with us in advance.
No — we do not allow separate tabs. All charges must go on the event tab.

Booking + Policies
First 50% due at signing of contract, remainder due 7 days prior to event

The standard attrition allowance is 90% of contracted food and beverage minimums.
May cancel agreements only upon giving written notice to the hotel. Cancellation refers to the complete deletion of the group, not elimination of portions of the program or to individual room cancellations. Should there be a cancellation of the entire event/program; the cancellation policy overrides the attrition allowances as set forth in this agreement. The parties agree and understand that in the event of a cancellation, the hotel’s actual damages would be difficult to determine. Therefore, the parties agree on the following amounts to be paid by the group to the hotel as liquidated damages in the event of a cancellation rooms portion cancellation of entire agreement made between date of signing and 91 days in advance of the event – 75% if notified between 90 days to arrival date – 100% all cancellation charges are due and payable upon receipt of hotel invoice. Impossibility the performance of this agreement is subject to termination without liability upon the occurrence of any circumstance beyond the control of either party – such as acts of god, war, acts of terrorism, government regulations, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, or curtailment of transportation facilities – to the extent that such circumstance makes it illegal or impossible for the hotel to provide, or for groups in general to use, the hotel facilities. The ability to terminate this agreement without liability pursuant to this paragraph is conditioned upon delivery of written notice to the other party setting forth the basis for such termination as soon as reasonably practical - but in no event longer than ten (10) days - after learning of such basis.
