Quilt
Three floors, three different experiences. Start casual in the first-floor Bar & Wax Room, where you can pour your own tasting flight or try your hand at wine-waxing (30 standing). Head up to the hush of the second-floor Private Dining Room for actual business (30 seated), then close it out on the third-floor Rooftop Bar, where the Napa River does most of the talking (80 guests).
