Downtown Napa closes out its Saturdays the right way: with live performers stationed along First Street Napa from 1–4 p.m., no ticket required. A beautifully restored 1937 building in the heart of downtown Napa, the Uptown Theatre punches above its size with a consistently strong calendar of touring artists. The sight lines are great. The room sounds even better. Worth checking what's on during your stay.

Festival Napa Valley Napa's marquee summer event
Each July, Festival Napa Valley transforms the valley into a stage — with performances at historic estates, winery amphitheaters and iconic indoor venues across the region. Now celebrating its 20th anniversary season (July 4–19, 2026), the programming includes everything from free community concerts to ticketed gala events. This one deserves a spot on the calendar.
